Concurrent Majors and Minors
Concurrent Majors
Students need 154 credits to complete concurrent major requirements.
Concurrent Majors in Mechanical Engineering and Nuclear Engineering
To pursue concurrent mechanical engineering and nuclear engineering majors, students must first be admitted into the ME program and then add NucE as a second major. An application to pursue concurrent majors should be submitted to the department as early as possible—no later than before your fifth semester—to plan a program to complete both majors in nine semesters. The application is available in 113A Hallowell Building.
